    Job Description:

    Early Childhood Educational Laboratory Preschool

    Coordinator, Enrollment & Operations


    Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: development and coordination of operating information, child enrollment/waitlist, coordinating the administrative and business aspect for ECE Lab Preschool, responsible for all minor administrative matters, and provide administrative support to the Administrative team of the ECELP and Early Childhood Education Institute.

    30% Operations:

    Assists front desk with files and central records; collect and supervise collection and preparation of data for reports related to staffing, enrollment, and budget; responsible for all maintenance/service call-outs to outside vendors and/or LSU Facilities Services; Maintain Late Pick-Up logs; responsible for annual State License renewal and School Readiness Tax Credit; Schedule routine secure shredding services; Monitors front desk when needed Serves as the primary procurement agent for the ECELP, including but not limited to, promotional materials and processes requisitions/purchase orders/professional contracts through coordination with the HSE Office of Financial Services and the University's Offices of Accounting Services and Procurement; reviews invoices from contracts to verify for accuracy; monitors end of year purchases of supplies and equipment to ensure delivery and billing; serves as the Accountant-Dept

    Financial Support:
    Serves as the primary procurement agent for the ECELP, including but not limited to, promotional materials and processes requisitions/purchase orders/professional contracts through coordination with the HSE Office of Financial Services and the University's Offices of Accounting Services and Procurement; reviews invoices from contracts to verify for accuracy; monitors end of year purchases of supplies and equipment to ensure delivery and billing; serves as the Accountant-Dept

    for all ECELP and ECEI accounts; assists in processing Spend Authorizations and Expense Reports for all staff; works in collaboration with the HSE Office of Financial Services point-of-contact for FACTS (i.e. tuition/fees billing system) and other Accounts Receivables, including but not limited to, cash and check deposits, maintaining FACTS data accuracy and integrity; provide financial support to ECELP PAC and other related organizations

    25% Admissions & Enrollment:


    Manage and track current enrollment of all children (this includes making decisions to determine best child(ren) for open spots on the roster, in collaboration with the Associate Directors, Infant/Toddler & Preschool); Manage all new applications and ECELP waiting list; Manage the school's employee, student, and visitor informations systems (i.e.

    ProCare); Maintains student records according to DCF, NAEYC, and LSU requirements; Maintain monthly attendance reports
