Description
I am looking to sign a contract to purchase a semi-detached house with 2 independent units, but with the same electricity and meter box contract. It is an old installation with 15 volt amperage, and it also has a connection to the "txoco" which is used as a third unit (I also need to evaluate the possibility of installing solar panels in the "txoco" to remove the electricity connection). My intention is to increase the contracted power, which is currently less than 2kw, for which I may need an authorized electrician to issue an electrical certificate (after reviewing and updating the electrical installation). The electricity consumption is low as the water heater and stove are gas-powered, the unit has south-facing windows for natural light, and there is no electric heating. Thank you.
