To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Consultant (m/f/x) who will support us in consulting services in collaboration with our clients and partners in Berlin and has an interest in further developing in a growing company.

As a Consultant, you will be part of a team of experienced consultants who accompany companies in their transformation process and navigate them through regulatory, political, and media challenges.

About the job

  • Research activities and analysis of political debates and trends
  • Independent development of communication concepts and strategies
  • Creation of presentations and graphic representation of data
  • Gradual assumption of responsibility for project-related workstreams
  • Preparation, design, moderation, and documentation of client meetings
  • Participation in the planning and implementation of workshops and event formats

Who we are looking for

  • Excellent academic degree
  • At least two years of practical experience in relevant fields
  • Confident in dealing with clients
  • Strong presentation skills: convincing through expressiveness, creative ideas, and innovative solutions
  • Thorough, dedicated, and efficient work style as well as solution orientation
  • Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Fluent in German and English
