- Measures, communicates, and recommends improvements to service and satisfaction levels of IT.
- Provides strategic consulting level support and guidance for the business to leverage new or emerging technologies; while looking for global alignment opportunities.
- Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred, in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field.
- 15+ years of combined experience in Information Technology and Business.
- 10+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience including working with business stakeholders and senior leaders, specifically advising on and delivering IT solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, and influence appropriate courses of action.
- Strong process management, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas in easy-to-understand business terms.
- Ability to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing strong relationships with team members outside of span of control.
