Manager of Case Management - St Paul, United States - Accord Services
Description

We are also offering a $1500 new hire bonus paid in 4 installments at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.
Be called to live out the mission and values of Accord - help people with disabilities to live their greatest lives, Listen, learn, and lead in your role.
Meet regularly with supervisees to ensure timely feedback, answer questions, and identify trends or issues such as training needs.
Shadow/observe employees to measure competency and provide clear feedback about communication and work approaches.
Provide departmental-specific training for new and current employees using approved training materials and approaches to ensure health, safety, and protection of the rights of persons supported.
Meet budgeted staffing needs; interview prospective candidates and make employment offers to applicants.
Manage program outreach; build relationships with community partners including case managers, prospective employers, and other stakeholders to grow the division.
Manage productivity of team members and ensure minimum productivity standards are met. Connect with community partners and build business relationships.
Be forward thinking; identify and propose opportunities to grow the case management program.
Excel in communication.
Monitor and review program expenses and revenues; investigate issues and offer solutions to resolve financial problems.
Advocate for and ensure excellence and quality services.
Travel locally for work with limited overnight travel possible.

Requirements
Credentials/Qualifications:
Three (3) years of supervisory-level experience in a case management or direct support services program and within the prospective or a closely related program required.
Note:
If you hold a Social Work degree, we expect you to be currently licensed as a Social Worker as required by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
Work Environment:
While employees in this position typically work a Full Time schedule, Monday through Friday, day hours, an occasional evening and/or weekend is required.
Benefits
Compensation Range:
$60,000 - $67,000 annually.
