    Description

    We are thrilled to announce our partnership with a LEADING Restoration Construction Company based in Florida. This company boasts a diverse portfolio and a wide range of projects. They are currently seeking an experienced Restoration PM/Estimator who will play a crucial role in their operations.
    The PM/Estimator will be responsible for calculating initial job budgets, preparing formal job bids by interpreting blueprints, conducting take-offs, and estimating job costs. Moreover, they will interface with clients and their representatives to ensure that technical specifications and designs align with industry standards. Additionally, they will oversee job sites and lead their team towards safe and efficient project completion.


    Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Restoration Construction PM/Estimator include:

    • Review project proposals to determine budget, time frames, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
    • Develop work plans, assign duties, responsibilities, and authority to project staff, award subcontracts, and issue purchase orders.
    • Coordinate all necessary permits, drawings, and submittals, negotiate and approve all change orders.
    • Generate project reports for management, clients, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide technical guidance to project personnel, resolve issues, and adjust schedules or plans as needed.
    • Maintain daily/weekly job costs and review them with project personnel.
    • Supervise project closeout activities including final quantities, change orders, and releases.
    • Secure letter of acceptance for completed projects.

    Qualifications for the Commercial Restoration Construction PM/Estimator position:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Commercial Restoration Construction PM/Estimation.
    • Proficient in commercial restoration construction documentation.
    • Familiarity with general contracting principles.
    • Experience in writing and reviewing contracts.
    • Skilled in Xactimate software.
    • Preferably hold a BS/BA in Construction, Engineering, or Business.
    • Knowledge of Mold Remediation, Water Damage Restoration, Fire Damage Restoration processes.
    • Understanding of leadership techniques, production methods, and resource coordination.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
    • Keen decision-making abilities to mitigate risks effectively.
    • Familiarity with identifying and addressing unsafe conditions to meet company and OSHA standards.
    • Additional certifications such as IICRC, FSRT, AMR, WRT are advantageous.

    Salary range for the Commercial Restoration Construction PM/Estimator role: $62k-$90k annually (DOE)
