We are seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team starting immediately through October.

The Hotel Assistant General Manager with Housekeeping Background is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hotel, providing excellent guest experience, managing the staff, and ensuring the hotel is meeting all standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Hotel General Manager with daily operations.
• Oversee daily hotel operations, including but not limited to front desk, guest services, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Ensure excellent guest experience through effective communication with employees, regular inspections of the hotel facilities and guest rooms.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manage and train hotel staff, including providing performance evaluations and ensuring all employees are aware of hotel policies and procedures.
• Oversee housekeeping department, ensuring that guest rooms and hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct regular audits of hotel rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Coordinate with other department managers to establish and implement policies and procedures for the hotel.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property.

Requirements:

• Experience with InnRoad software preferred

2. 3-5 years of experience in hotel management, with experience in housekeeping management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and standards.

Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Type:
Full-time, Seasonal, Possible Part-time year round


Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
