DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (REQUIRED COMPETENCIES)
- Product Packaging
- Confirms products have passed analytical inspection (QC Testing) and are approved
- Transfers final products into its final customeruse container.
- Pourup
- Temporary labeling
- Creates Documentation
- SDS
- Labeling (Customer
- Use)
- Final Labeling
- Distribution Labeling
- GHS Labeling
- Packaging
- Kitting
- Kit wrapping
- Boxing

- Title: _
Logistics Technician - Generate and process product (order) distribution and shipment documentation
- Generate all required shipment documentation including but not limited to
- Commercial Invoices
- Shipper's Declarations
- 023 Airway bills
- Certificates of Origin, notarized and stamped
- Process Credit Card Payments
- Prepare required package labeling and shipping company forms
- Ensure customer priority requests are met
- Facilitate special shipment modes (couriers, etc.) as required
- Process other ASI shipment requirements
- Materials for analysis, returned goods, etc.
- Generate and distribute customer invoices paid by credit card
- Provides all shipping quotes requested by Sales department, including 023 quotes
- Completes ongoing training for continued personal and professional development
- Manufacturing lab standard operating procedures
- Safety Policy and Procedures
- Inventory and Warehouse standard operating procedures
- Others as required by supervisor
OTHER DUTIES
- Identify trends in internal customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
- Assist other areas of the lab as needed.
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the
- Lead or assist in scheduled physical inventory counts.
- Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School graduate, or equivalent, required.
Laboratory technician experience (preferred)
Associates degree (Chemistry or related discipline is preferred)
