• Drive sales growth through strategic planning and effective leadership
• Manage and oversee the performance of multiple branches or stores within the region
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve profit loss targets
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Supervise and mentor all staff to ensure consistent performance across locations
• Collaborate directly with principle owner to achieve regional goals and objectives
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide guidance for improvement
• Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions as needed

• Proven experience in regional management or single big box stores, overseeing multiple locations simultaneously or larger stores (60+ employees)
• Strong background in profit loss management and achieving financial targets
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and project management
• Experience in supervising teams and driving business development efforts
• Proficiency in strategic planning and executing regional initiatives
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
