Offshore Manufacturing and Design LLC has been in the Valley for over 15 years creating jobs and supporting the local economy.

Our products are used in the exploration of oil and we have placed ourselves in between the two largest oil regions in the Unites States of America (the Rockies and Texas).

We are located in Chandler near I10 & Chandler Blvd, looking to fill multiple positions with great potential for advancement.


We have a full-time (40hrs plus) opportunity in our hydroforming and robotic welding factory for an entry level Supervisory position.

We are looking for individuals wanting to make a change in career or advance.

If you have exceptional planning and organizational skills, have a good mechanical aptitude and can multi-task, we will train you to run our factory like a clock.

All you need is a good attitude, the willingness to learn, and the drive to work and advance in a team hand-on environment.


This is a full-time job for someone who is a hands-on person, likes to work under pressure and has a high mechanical aptitude with a can-do attitude to supervise by example with a winning team but is not afraid to get dirty or help get the job done.

You will be the head coach coordinating and calling all the plays on the field. This is a fast paced and extremely challenging position

This is a full-time position for the First shift (6:00am to 2:30pm) (
Starting pay DOE is $19.00-$20.00/hr.)

All shifts work Monday through Friday with occasional over-time on weekends.

Desired Experience unless noted:

  • Proficiently in Word, Excel and MS-Office a must.
  • Basic understanding of "Lean Manufacturing" and "5S" principles a must.
  • Machine operations and working with metals. Can read gauges and a basic understanding of industrial equipment and mechanics.
  • Band saw, lathe or similar equipment experience.
  • Experience working in an industrial, warehouse manufacturing environment a must.
  • Manual dexterity and strength required for operating machinery a must.
  • Strict adherence to safety policies a must.
  • Review of work done to assure top quality a must.
  • Able to manage 30 pounds repetitively a must.
  • Able to work on your feet a must.
  • Able to pass preemployment drug screening and background investigation a must.
  • Verifiable references and or work history for the past 6 months in a related field a must.

Other duties and responsibilities include:

  • Use of hand tools, machines and equipment.
  • Operate various machines and equipment.
  • Help perform tooling changeout and workstation setups.
  • Cleaning of work areas and equipment to provide a safe and productive work environment.
  • Steel toe shoes are required, safety glasses and hearing protection when needed.
