    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years imaging experience required.

    Ready to showcase your expertise in cutting-edge nuclear medicine and explore the vibrant energy of Atlanta, GA? Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist PET/CTto join our team

    Shift:

    13 weeks
    M-Sat- Rotating 4x 10's

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform diagnostic PET/CT scans using advanced nuclear medicine imaging equipment on a mobile unit.
    • Assist with patient preparation, administration of radiopharmaceuticals, and image acquisition.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.
    • Prioritize patient safety and comfort during procedures.
    • Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care and accurate interpretation of imaging results.
    • Maintain and ensure the safety and cleanliness of equipment and work area.

    Qualifications:

    • ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) or CNMT certification required.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience performing PET/CT scans in a clinical setting.
    • Experience in performing nuclear medicine procedures.
    • Proficient in handling radioactive materials and operating imaging equipment.
    • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
