- Developing and implementing customer sales plans to achieve company growth and profitability goals.
- Developing strategic product line initiatives to maintain competitive advantage and to maximize customer satisfaction and profit potential.
- Establishing and setting product and customer prices.
- Identifying new market segments as part of the strategic planning process.
- Negotiating prices with key clients.
- Managing internal Sales Administration team.
- Leading internal teams of Marketing and Sales in new product introductions.
- Providing Leadership with competitive and market information for strategic planning and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in Sales or Commercial Management, preferably with custom products.
- Strong analytical skills and experience developing pricing models in a reseller business.
- Exceptional decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Strong strategic skills and understanding.
- Strong leadership abilities with success in managing teams and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Onsite presence in the office, limited travel required.
