Job Description

Dry Force is hiring a Water Restoration Specialist for a full-time position in Austin, Texas.

Our specialists are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Water Restoration Specialists need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.

As a Water Restoration Specialist, you will apply your knowledge and skills to aide and restore our customers properties after water damage.

Responsibilities:
Handle any issues caused by water damage.
Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
Assess the scope of water damage and sell Dry Force services
Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
Document drying progress using a phone or tablet

Qualifications:
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license
Must be willing to work full time hours
IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred
1+ years of Structural Restoration experience preferred
2+ years of Customer Service experience preferred
