    Description
    IT Associate Systems Engineer

    Summary:
    Provides technical, analytical and administrative support for information technology (IT) infrastructure systems and services. Responsible for monitoring of systems, software configuration and the timely resolution of problems related to hardware and software. Facilitates communications and acts as liaison and/or resource within the organization to define and communicate IT systems and services.


    Education Requirement:
    Bachelor's degree, preferred


    Experience Requirement:
    Minimum – One to Three (1-3) year's relevant experience.


    Licensure/Certification Requirement:
    VMware VCP or Citrix CCA certifications or SCCM certification preferred


    Key Job Responsibilities:
    Maintain and support server and storage hardware.
    Maintain and support Windows operating systems and configurations
    Maintain and support Microsoft SCCM
    Maintain and support thin client configuration server.
    Maintain and support Citrix ready devices (iPhones, iPads, Android, Thin Clients)
    Maintain and support Citrix virtual application and desktop environments.


    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    Ability to learn ROH systems and procedures
    Ability to interact with and work around people
    Ability to work independently
    Analytical thinking skills
    Ability to listen empathetically
    Ability to logically organize details
    Ability to navigate and understand Citrix, SCCM, and Virtual Server admin consoles
    Able to accept responsibility for small to medium scale projects involving multiple resources and spanning many months from start to finish

    Physical Demands/Conditions:


    The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.

    Must have good balance and coordination.
    The physical requirements of this position are: light work - exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently.

    The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity, such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading.

    The conditions to which the employee will be subject in this position: The employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions; job functions are typically performed under conditions such as those found in general office or administrative work.
