- Manage all incoming service requests via phone and email for Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Cooling, (HVAC) and Drain Cleaning.
- Prepare, send, and save proposals as needed. (4-5 daily average).
- Input all information in Salesforce-based dispatch software.
- 3 years of office experience is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
