We are looking for 10 Construction Managers (m/f) in Germany.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the execution of medium to large FTTX planning and rollout projects
  • Management and monitoring of subcontractor activities, preparation of work folders for subcontractors, review and assurance of quality of excavation and construction work according to standards
  • Monitoring, management, and reporting of construction progress in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality requirements, as well as responsibility for internal material disposition
  • Providing guidance and feedback to help others improve specific knowledge/skills
  • Communication with authorities, utilities, clients, suppliers, etc. for managing permits and approvals, resolving conflicts, handling complaints
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations, implementation of necessary work, environmental, and health protection measures, as well as accident prevention measures
  • Responsibility for project acceptance, timely preparation and handover of site documentation to the client

General Qualifications:


  • Extensive experience in construction, preferably as a construction manager/coordinator in the FTTX sector
  • Resilience, assertiveness, solutionoriented mindset, and willingness to adapt to regular changes in a highly dynamic environment
  • Entrepreneurial thinking with a focus on business aspects
  • Good communication skills when working with the project team, municipalities, and the client
