What can you expect?

• You will provide competent advice to our customers in the upper middle class and beyond, particularly regarding our professional services for Data Center and network in the southern region of Germany
• You will have primary responsibility for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing contacts as a regular point of contact, always aiming for customer satisfaction and addressing questions, identifying further needs, and de-escalating problems
• You will identify trends and innovations, bring them in, and develop sales concepts and customer-specific solutions
• Your contacts will be IT and Data Center managers, as well as purchasers and decision-makers of our customers
• You will answer technically complex questions in close collaboration with your presales colleagues and maintain good relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
• You will develop customer-specific solutions and present them to customers, as well as negotiate until contract closure
• You will work in a strong team on exciting topics and proactively contribute your ideas to expand our product, service, and consulting portfolio
