Your responsibilities include:

  • Overall coordination of housekeeping
  • Personnel management tasks
  • Planning and organizing cleaning, laundry, and kitchen services, as well as the design of the living space for our residents
  • Ensuring and shaping efficient and effective operational processes
  • Accompanying change processes

Your profile:

  • Training as a housekeeper or housekeeping manager
  • Qualification as a trainer would be desirable
  • Professional experience in a similar field
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Initiative and high level of commitment
