As an apprentice for the specialist in gastronomy with the option of specialist in system gastronomy (m/f/d), you will take on responsibility from the very beginning at our Fowlerton location. You will not only be trained as a service expert, but also as the best preparer of our dishes and the best server for our guests. You will have a personal mentor in the store and a training officer by your side. During your 2-3 year apprenticeship, you will learn everything about system gastronomy, inventory management, and supplies in your store and at vocational school. Individual e-learnings and our Mömax trainers will support you on your path to becoming a successful specialist in gastronomy / specialist in system gastronomy (m/f/d).
