_Rathburn Tool & Manufacturing_ is seeking a
_Manufacturing Quality Manager_ who embodies leadership qualities and thrives in a collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Oversee and maintain the QMS, revisions, audits, and training to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency
- Lead PPAP processes across all levels, control plans, and IMDS
- Conduct CMM programming and quality checks
- Lead internal and external audit reviews
- Supervise inspections with the assistance of quality technicians and certified material handlers
- Manage nonconformances and corrective actions
- Engage with customer representatives on PPAPs, audits, and product inspections
- Interface with customers and vendors to address qualityrelated issues
- Provide training on qualityrelated matters, including certification of material handlers
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES YOU WILL BRING:
- 2-year technical certificate or degree
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on CNC machining preferred
- PPAP processes, root cause analysis and CMM experience a must
- Functional knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (IATF 16949:2016 and AS9100D is a plus)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Supervisory experience
- Willingness to be handson, adaptable to changing situations, and eager to learn
- Capable of thriving in a highly diversified work environment while managing multiple tasks
- Energetic, proactive, and accountable team player with a proven track record
