Project management: As a responsible team player, you will lead projects in close collaboration with an experienced project manager. You will use proven project management models to ensure success.
Planning and execution of projects: Your tasks include creating well-structured concepts, integrations, and trainings for the implementation of application software. You will moderate customer meetings and convincingly present the results of your projects.
Service and support: You independently and methodically maintain ongoing support and service through our ticket system. This ensures the continuous satisfaction of our customers and convinces existing customers to place additional orders.
Product management: With your talent for creating technical concepts, you actively shape product improvements and new features. You identify potential for improvement and constructively contribute to the mentoring system.
Customer interaction: You build and maintain sustainable customer relationships. Your support in pre-sales activities and tenders, as well as the independent provision of services to existing customers, significantly contribute to customer retention.
