Job summary
The Interactive Teller will provide service support to Member transaction needs via multiple channels in a manner that is professional, friendly, and compliant with all policies and procedures.In doing so, the Interactive Teller will proactively recommend and refer new and alternative financial services to Members that best fit their financial needs.
- Responsible for basic and complex member service ITM directed interactions related to member accounts including but not limited to Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments Account information Share Drafts Share Certificates Money Markets IRA's Share and Lending Rates and Terms Shared Branching Monitor transactions to avoid losses to Member and KEMBA from fraud Identify and recommend new and alternative services to Members that will properly fit their financial needs Meet or exceed assigned service productivity goals established for this position Perform all duties in a manner that is 100% compliant with KEMBA policies procedures Provide friendly member centric service for all requests Assist other Interactive Tellers with work as needed Develops an understanding of Credit Union history philosophy organization policies operational procedures On a selfdirected basis continue improve individual level of competency through training certification on established educational programs Must be able able relate other people beyond giving receiving instructions Can get along coworkers peers without exhibiting behavioral extremes Perform work activities requiring negotiating instructing supervising persuading speaking with others Respond appropriately criticism from supervisor Performs other duties as required by management Required Qualifications High school diploma equivalent Prior teller experience equivalent Prior experience sales customer environment Strong organizational skills attention detail Must value high degree of accuracy Professional demeanor ability be On Stage extended periods maintaining positive attitude Excellent communication skills appropriate grammar Basic PC skills Windows Willing work flexible schedule Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative those must met employee successfully perform essential functions job Reasonable accommodations may made enable individuals disabilities perform essential functions While performing duties job employee regularly required sit use hands manipulate handle feel talk hear The employee frequently required reach hands arms The employee occasionally required stand walk The employee must occasionally lift move up pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include close distance ability adjust focus
