    Description
    Position:- Software Engineer Practitioner
    Location:- DEARBORN,MI,48121
    Duration:- 12 Months

    Position Description:
    • Integrated ERP is the largest business transformation at client with the goal to adopt Best-in-class processes for Finance and Purchasing organizations and deliver an integrated solution with near real time data and drill down capabilities.
    • This will provide efficiencies and valuable business insights to make the right strategic decisions. Automation Test Lead should possess demonstrated knowledge and experience in writing and executing test scripts for multiple PDOS in an IERP program.
    • Strong communication and client relationship building skills are important. We work in a fast paced agile/PDO environment to deliver high quality solutions.
    Skills Required:
    • Automation Test Specialist to ensure all the software functions operate smoothly, no bugs are present in the final product and help identify any gaps in the program.
    • work with multiple product development organization teams (PDO) to review functional specification and business requirement, and to find feasibility on automating test scenarios that help testing more efficiently.
    • Support PDO teams for Current Release on test scripts update and help executing them by collaborating with the team.
    • Provide daily status review and defect / issue on test execution progress provide suggestions for best practice to the team when notices any gap or issue during testing.
    • Drive the defect tracking strategy and tools.
    • Provide recommendations on improvement for testing tools, including proofs of concept.
    • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality testing services to our customer.
    Skills Preferred:
    1. Awareness of Product Driven Organization model
    2. Understanding of SAP S4 and Ariba tools and product integration dependencies
    3. Experience as an SAP functional process lead or testing lead function.
    4. Desire to stay on-top of the latest software and hardware changes in the industry.
    Experience Required:
    1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science or related disciplines
    2. 3+ years of testing responsibilities in IT, ability to work in cross-functional and global teams
    3. Demonstrated experience developing and executing testing scripts
    4. Must have strong functional knowledge of Automated testing tools such as Tosca, HPQC, etc., ALM and MS Office products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    5. Ability to work with SMEs to define the business and technical requirements associated with all application operations and implementation work; execute and document results of all tests. 6. Ability to collaborate with technical and business team to find appropriate solutions in a timely manner
    6. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
    7. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
    Education Required:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science or related disciplines
    Additional Information :
    ** HYBRID POSITION requires onsite performances, LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY ** Currently 2 days per month. This can potentially change as per the leadership direction.
