    Outside Sales Representative Job Summary

    As the primary contact for our customers at Roofing Pups, you have the chance to demonstrate our commitment to customer experience both to clients and crews.

    Your Experience is Key

    Outside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Meet clients face-to-face within your assigned area
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services and how they add value to customers
    • Keep track of sales and customer interactions using CRM software
    • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities
    1. Show strong interpersonal skills, offering top-notch customer service to build trust with each customer
    2. Be self-reliant in managing your customer interactions
    3. Be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
    4. Be open to continuous learning and development
    5. Have reliable transportation for appointments and job-related events
    6. Possess a smartphone and laptop for job-related tasks
    7. Be willing to climb and inspect roofs for assessments

    Roof Specialist Responsibilities and Expectations:

    1. Exemplify the culture and values of Roofing Pups
    2. Efficiently inspect and document roof conditions
    3. Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
    4. Generate leads through various channels
    5. Have expertise in different roofing systems
    6. Practice punctuality and effective time management
    7. Collaborate with internal teams for project success
    8. Ensure safety measures are followed at all times

    Recognition for Your Efforts

    This full-time role offers paid training and commissions without earning limits. Receive weekly pay based on job revenues, with an annual earning potential of $75k-$250k.
