We are currently seeking a
Purchasing Clerk
(m/f/d) for our renowned industrial client at our location in Hamburg, Germany.
Your responsibilities:
- Purchasing of materials on an operational level
- Responsible for operational purchasing processes
- Conducting procurement activities, such as obtaining, evaluating and renegotiating offers, placing orders, monitoring deadlines, reporting and tracking orders, clarifying discrepancies
- Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintenance of master data, statistics and evaluations
- Participation in supplier development, supporting strategic purchasers
Your profile:
- Completed commercial education
- Professional experience in purchasing, ideally in the machinery and plant engineering industry
- Knowledge of technical purchasing processes
- Good technical understanding
- Proficient in computer skills
- Good knowledge of English
