About:


Alexander/Ryan Marine & Safety LLC (ARMS), a wholly own subsidiary of the Lalizas Group, is a leading supplier & service provider to all industries that demand maritime & offshore safety solutions.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a sales action plan that to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned.
  • Generate, qualify and convert leads & opportunities tied to assigned market and developed accounts.
  • Expand the business by gaining market share in the existing accounts by establishing strong relationships with endusers and customer management and successfully promoting all of ARMS capabilities to new accounts.
  • Participate with various functional groups within ARMS to assemble and direct an effective team strategy so that customers' needs are addressed in a timely manner and sales opportunities created and won.
  • Report and communicate all business opportunities, solution concepts and strategies to ARMS management through use of standard sales tools.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Management.
  • Min 3 years work experience in selling service related solutions.
  • Previous selling experience of LSE & FFE equipment and services is preferred.

  • Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities.
  • No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to other team members.
  • Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.
  • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies.
  • Fully comply with ARMS ethical policies & code of conduct.
  • Adaptable to changes happening for company's growth.

Other Requirements

  • Ability to develop high level customerfocused relationships.
  • Domestic travel approx. 2550%
