    Description

    Description:

    Oversee and assess the inspection and daily quality control tasks for incoming materials, work in progress, and final inspections and testing of finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.Test and handle all raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods samples promptly.Execute quality assurance floor audits, analysis, and related activities.Record test outcomes following BakeMark Bakery Products' quality control testing protocols.Evaluate test findings and report any deviations from product specifications to the QA Supervisor and operators.Collect samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods for microbial testing and evaluation by contracted labs.Enter data into various systems and spreadsheets for QA program reporting purposes.Conduct baking of samples in the lab.Carry out pre-op and changeover inspections, including collecting ATP swabs as necessary.Input test data and authorize product releases in the ERP system (OLX). Isolate and label any non-conforming products.
