Creating Fascination:

Your Tasks:

Project management of development projects in the field of electric motors and drives according to the Stage-Gate process
Adherence to time, cost, and quality goals within the development process
Detailed coordination of project scope and implementation with the customer
Coordination of technical feasibility for project implementation
Internal coordination of all project phases with the departments of development, production, quality management, purchasing, and industrial engineering for successful project execution
Creation and maintenance of project plans, documentation, and tracking of project phases
Ensuring organized and transparent risk management (e.g. in case of project or product NRC or RC deviations in terms of deadlines or costs) as well as sufficient documentation
Technical leadership of interdisciplinary project teams

Bringing Strengths:

Your Qualifications:

Completed technical degree in the field of electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification, e.g. technician/master in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with relevant professional experience
Several years of experience in handling technically based projects, ideally in the field of electric motors and drives or mechanical engineering, IPMA training advantageous
Strong communication skills
Structured, responsible, and costconscious work approach with a high degree of flexibility
Teamwork skills
High customer and service orientation as well as intercultural competence
Willingness to travel within the country and abroad, within the scope of normal business trips
Fluent language
