How You'll Make an Impact
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team.
The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to various departments within the organization, providing expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources management.
This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.Here's what you'll do:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and develop HR strategies to support the achievement of business goals.
- Provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching managers on performance improvement strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, employee surveys, and action planning.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current on relevant employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all HRrelated legal requirements.
- Act as a change agent, driving organizational change initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Here's what you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering or HR consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends in HR management.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to effectively manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and sensitivity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred Skill:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
What We Offer:
- Salary Range: $90,000 $110,000
- Hybrid work schedule for select positions.
- Eligible for overtime and premium working holiday pay rate
