We are currently seeking a Nursing Director (m/f/d) for our client in Jena, Cedar Hill, to be filled as soon as possible


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Further development and management of the nursing and care processes in intensive care, including 4 intensive care units and 2 monitoring stations
  • Strategic personnel management and planning
  • Responsible and continuous management of employees and teams
  • Ensuring and continuously improving the quality of care
  • Development of concepts, standards, and methods
  • Collaborative work with colleagues, physicians, and other departments

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Several years of experience in intensive care nursing
  • Completed vocational training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) with further training as a specialist nurse (m/f/d) for intensive care and anesthesia or a completed degree in the field of nursing.
