We are partnering with our client to assist with their search for a
Clinical Psychologist, ADHD, in San Mateo, CA.

Our client is an independent, national nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families struggling with mental health and learning disorders.

They offer online or in-person, gold-standard, evidence-based care for those struggling with mental health and learning disorders. When they help children, teens and young adults, it benefits the whole family.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and treatment to children and adolescents with behavioral problems, particularly patients with attentiondeficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), other disruptive behavior disorders (DBDs) as well as comorbid anxiety and mood disorders.
Conduct familybased interventions with parents and other family members and maintain collateral contacts with educators and other providers.
Collaborate with boardcertified child and adolescent psychiatrists on cases requiring pharmacotherapy.
Provide clinical supervision to psychology trainees.
Conduct public workshops on children's mental health topics for community outreach.

Qualifications:

Doctoral degree in clinical psychology
Must have a current, valid, unrestricted license to practice psychology in California
4 years of licensed experience
Demonstrated expertise in cognitivebehavioral therapy (CBT) or behavioral parent training interventions
Demonstrated experience with professional writing as well as with public speaking
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of individuals/group
Must have the desire to serve and work to fulfill the mission of the organization

The anticipated salary range for this position is $117, ,000 annually. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.

Pay:
$117, $146,000.00 per year
