    Description

    Summary of Position: The Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and common areas within the community through maintenance tasks.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and enforce standards for cleanliness and appearance of community areas
    • Supervise department staff and oversee their work
    • Participate in hiring, training, and performance reviews
    • Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins
    • Review and assess work quality
    • Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget
    • Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with laws
    • Perform routine equipment maintenance
    • Document service requests accurately

    General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:

    • Expected base compensation ranges from $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
    • Eligible for commissions and company benefits
    • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401k, and more
    • Various paid time off options and insurance coverage

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • 6+ years of property management maintenance experience
    • 2+ years of Maintenance Supervisor experience preferred
    • EPA certifications for refrigerant recycling required
    • Knowledgeable in tool usage and customer service
    • Proficient in computer systems and software

    Additional Requirements:

    • Stay updated on industry standards and technology
    • Provide own hand tools

    Physical Requirements:

    The Service Supervisor role involves frequent physical activity and interaction with residents. Ability to operate computer equipment and lift up to 25 lbs. is necessary.
