    We are currently seeking Commercial Lenders to join our exceptional team. With locations in Wonder Lake, Harvard, Johnsburg, and Spring Grove, we welcome you to join us on our journey of growth and success.



    VP Commercial Lending - Responsibilities:

    • Identify and convert new loan and deposit prospects
    • Cross-sell other products of the Bank
    • Retain and service existing customer base
    • Analyze financial information of borrowers and guarantors
    • Prepare loan presentation documents
    • Proactively manage borrower portfolios
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies
    • Review loan documentation for accuracy
    • Monitor loan compliance
    • Comply with federal and state banking regulations


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
    • Two years of related experience or equivalent training

    Pay: $115,000 - $130,000.00 per year

    • 10-hour shift

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree (Preferred)



    Experience:

    Commercial Lending: 5 years (Required)



    Ability to Relocate:

    Relocation to Wonder Lake, IL 60097 before starting work (Required)
