After Care Program Instructor
Flex has current openings for part-time Instructors in our aftercare programs at Hearst Elementary School. MUST have a passion for "making a difference". The position is Monday through Friday during the school year-hours are usually 3:00 p.m.

6:00p.m. daily but may vary.

The Program Instructor will:

Work well with a variety of groups including fellow staff, school personnel, families, and children.
Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for our students
Lead instruction in the program using Flex approved curriculum and other resources
Demonstrate effective classroom management techniques
Communicate effectively with families regarding behavior and daily activities

Program Instructor Qualifications:

Strong problemsolving and communication skills (verbal and written)
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Have a passion for education
Comfortable with technology (phone, laptop, etc)
Perform other duties as directed
Minimum Education: Associate's Degree
Must be able to meet and stay current on state specific licensing requirements
