Your Responsibilities
- Designing efficient work processes and conducting time studies
- Actively monitoring productivity metrics for optimal performance
- Developing and implementing innovative compensation systems to motivate employees
- Creating company agreements for a transparent and fair work environment/compensation
- Establishing and integrating a corporate performance and metrics system into the ERP system landscape for effective company management
- Conducting cost-benefit analyses and calculations using standard business methods
- Performing regular time studies, identifying weaknesses in work processes, and implementing optimization measures
- Participating in interesting projects for the company's development
Your Profile
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a technical training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Additional training as a REFA engineer successfully completed
- Practical experience in data collection and implementation of compensation systems
- Analytical, structured, and independent work style
- Experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA, IPAS WIN
