    Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lead Accountant to join their team
    About The Company

    • Seattle based Commercial Real Estate Company
    • Portfolio includes commercial properties such as strip malls & shopping centers
    Responsibilities Of The Lead Accountant
    1). Proficient knowledge of property management Software
    2). A/P & A/R
    3). Yearly Budgets
    4)


    Proficient in CAM:
    Billing, Adjustments & Reconciliations (monthly, quarterly & yearly)
    5). Tenant Utility Billings
    6). Monthly G/L Statements & Balance Sheets
    7). Month-end & Year-end statement closings for different entities
    8). Year-end financial reporting & J/E for CPA
    9). Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    10). Bank Reconciliations
    11). General Ledger & Balance Sheet entries
    12). Financial Statements
    13). Monthly/Quarterly tenant statements
    14). Lease input into software and CPI increase notices
    15) Intercompany entries
    16) Spreadsheets – advanced Excel capabilities
    17) Meet constant deadlines and schedules
    18) Assist owners with special projects & other tasks as assigned
    Preferred Qualifications Of The Lead Accountant

    • 3+ years of accounting experience
    • MUST HAVE commercial property accounting experience
    • Selfdirecting individual
    • Familyoffice oriented
