    LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse | Hospice
    Sign-On Bonus - $2,500

    Absolute Hospice, Inc. provides quality and passionate care to patients within the comfort and privacy of their home or place of residence.


    The Hospice LPN establishes a professional and caring relationship with our patients and families, support staff, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, facilities and other health care professionals by providing hands-on care, on-going clinical management and education regarding hospice care.

    As a Hospice LPN, you will educate patients and their caregivers on their conditions and the steps needed to ensure proper recovery.


    Additional responsibilities of our Hospice LPN include:
    Making routine nursing visits
    Continually evaluating the patient's needs

    Requirements:
    As a Hospice LPN, you must be caring, patient and flexible teacher with excellent communication and time management abilities. You must possess independent problem solving abilities, excellent clinical assessment skills and be computer literate.

    You must also be in good physical shape and have the ability to lift/transfer patients to and from wheelchairs, if necessary.


    Additional requirements of our Hospice LPN include:
    Weekend availability a plus
    Valid Ohio LPN License
    Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
    Valid driver's license and one year clean driving record
