Position: Process Engineering with SAP & Logistics Experience

Location: Childersburg (Stuttgart), Germany (Hybrid- 30/45 days onsite)

Duration: 12 months (extendable)

Job Description

Develop process concepts and define detailed processes

Collaborate with business functions to define requirements and align process concepts

Drive process automation

Coordinate with SAP/IT team to align process concepts

Work closely with SAP/IT colleagues to oversee implementation

Provide training and support to business function colleagues/users

Act as a liaison between business functions and IT/SAP

Monitor process execution during ramp-up/until stable and ensure process stability.

Required Profile

Strong process-thinking skills

Fluent in English

Good knowledge of German

Good understanding of SAP and underlying processes

Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach

Ability to work independently and in a
