Calculator / Work Planner (m/f/d) in 13086 Berlin-Pankow:

The Pankow Business Circle is the largest business network in the Pankow district and with this initiative, we are targeting Pankow residents who want to work in Pankow in order to have a short commute to work.


In doing so, we are contributing to reducing CO2 emissions and drawing attention to the many great businesses and companies in Pankow.

We are tasked with finding suitable employees for our member companies.


Your future responsibilities:


  • Processing assigned requests for services from calculations and project orders
  • Creating performance specifications and quantity surveys based on functional construction descriptions
  • Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor bids
(e.g. for trades such as window construction, drywall work, painting, tiling, and flooring)

  • Technical review of subcontractor bids
