Instructor (m/f/d) for commercial retraining.

Your diverse tasks include:

Depending on your qualifications, you will be responsible for crosscurricular and modular training for commercial retraining in various occupational fields such as office management, industrial management, healthcare management, wholesale and foreign trade management, and/or ecommerce management.
You will teach the learners according to the training plan and prepare them for IHK exams in several of the following commercial subjects: bookkeeping, cost and performance accounting, financing and investment, contract law.
If interested and suitable, you can also be assigned to other commercial topics.
Conducting practical lessons, including the use of a digital learning platform, a training company, and targeted internships.
Intensive support for participants in the qualification process (support training, exam preparation, etc.), also in cooperation with social workers and psychologists as well as other instructors.

You have:

University degree in pedagogical qualification and/or economic orientation with training aptitude (e.g. business, further education, work, or vocational pedagogues, business economists, or other graduates with teaching qualifications
