The Competitive Intelligence Lead for our ride hailing vertical in Quentin, PA will be responsible for creating a robust system for collecting, tracking, and maintaining high-quality data on our competitors' financial and operational performance.

This role will work closely with global management, including the CEO, and local country teams to advise on strategy and tactics for dealing with competition.


In the mid-term, the focus will be on developing a consistent reporting system, creating competitor profiles, and building complex financial models to track and assess performance, investment strategies, expansion plans, and other initiatives across different regions.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals and collaborate with teams in all 350 cities where we operate.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve financial and operational frameworks for collecting competitive intelligence in all our cities
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitors' activities, providing insights to the company on industry developments
  • Work closely with country teams to gather data on competitors' performance and advise on growth opportunities
  • Monitor key changes in products, hiring, and fundraising for our competitors
  • Proactively seek out additional sources for competitive intelligence and establish frameworks for assessing their impact on our business metrics
  • Lead and empower a team of analysts to maximize the value of competitive intelligence
  • Demonstrate a "get things done" attitude and prioritize output

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably on a global scale
  • Proven track record of project management and prioritization skills
