    DIRECT-HIRE opportunity available in Warren, MI via A-Line Staffing Solutions

    • Title: Maintenance Technician
    • Direct-Hire/Permanent position, offer advancement opportunities and great benefits Potential to progress quickly within levels based on completed training and demonstrated skills on the job.
    • Pay Range: $25 - $34.20 depending on experience and education. Shift increase of $.75 for second and $1.75 for third shift and potential for overtime.
    • 2nd and 3rd shifts available, facility operates five days a week, with overtime potential.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of 6 months maintenance technician work experience documented in the work history section of the application OR be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program.
    • Can be a combination of employers, as long as experience is 6 months

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment.
    • Maintain, troubleshoot and repair a variety of electromechanical equipment.
    • Must perform troubleshooting and repair, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation
    • Must be able to understand technical and training manuals.
    • Handle and distribute cleaning chemicals and record data
    • Perform any other work as assigned by supervisor
    • Perform general housekeeping duties in the department
    • Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements
    • Must perform all positions of rotation, if applicable.
    • Requires proficiency in multiple skill clusters, such as basic electrical, electrical controls, fluid power, mechanical systems, welding, fabrication and manufacturing processes
    • Abilities include standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, and reaching are required in all areas and must be able to climb up and down stairs and ladders
    • Must be able to push/pull/lift 75 pounds
