    Description

    Maintenance Technician2nd shift$28+ per hour
    must have certifications/schooling in tradeDescription:**• Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, install and upgrade of machinery and control systems

    • Maintain a safe work environment per safety procedures
    • Reading, editing and creating PLC ladder logic
    • Maintain production equipment including mechanical and electrical systems
    • Follow a preventative maintenance and perform PMs on machinery
    • Work with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
    • Perform MIG and stick welding, burning and cutting for machinery repairs
    • Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical
    • Will be responsible for following safety procedures

      Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    MUST HAVES:
    1. Must have 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or 3 years experience with technical schooling2. Must have a high school diploma or GED3. Must have mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (want someone 50/50 or higher on electrical side)4. Must have experience with 480, AC/DC and 110v, 220v, 480v5. Must have experience with hydraulics and pneumatics6. Must own own tools7. Must have basic welding (MIG or stick preferred)8. Must have PLC troubleshooting exepriecne


    PLUSES:
    1. Experience repairing cranes2. Experience working on Conveyors, stamping presses, reduction mills, slitters and presses3.

    PLC programming
    Experience Level:Intermediate Level
