Title: Sr. Fund Administrator

Location: Nashville, TN (hybrid, onsite 3 days a week)

Duration: PERM/Direct Hire

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of fund administration/ fund accounting experience
• Strong experience working with U.S. mutual funds (understanding of how mutual funds work, working with distributions/knowing distribution requirements, understanding regulatory processing, etc.)
• Experience calculating NAV (Net Asset Value)
• Hands on Financial reporting - experience handling income accruals, expense budgeting, expense payments, fund audits, etc.
• Local to Nashville, TN or open to relocating (3 days hybrid onsite)

Plusses:

• Knowledge of relevant regulatory bodies; IRS, SEC, CSSF, etc.
• Knowledge of jurisdictional tax regulations

Day to Day:

A client in the Nashville, TN area is seeking 2 Senior Fund Administrators to join their team. The Senior Fund Administration Analyst will help oversee activities associated with a group of pooled investment vehicles (ETFs, Mutual Funds, hedge funds, Investment trusts, etc.) while providing support and guidance to colleagues and business partners. They will help oversee and analyze NAV calculations performed by delegated service providers for accuracy, make sure there's accuracy and timeliness of deliverables as well as ensuring all requirements of internal and external customers are managed efficiently and effectively. They will also assist with special projects including fund launches, liquidations, data requests, etc. and work with trial balance activities including income, expenses (including management & incentive fees), derivative transactions, currency implications and dividend distributions.
