Summary of Position:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Data Migration and Optimization:

Leverage experience in largescale data migration to streamline and optimize data processes within the ServiceNow platform.

Automation:

Drive automation initiatives within the ServiceNow ecosystem to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Implement ServiceNow workflows and automation scripts to enhance overall system functionality.

Analytical Solutions:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and categorize anomalies, ensuring prompt responses and compliance.

ServiceNow Training and Transition:

Participate in training programs and handson projects to acquire expertise in ServiceNow solutions.
Collaborate with ServiceNow experts to develop a clear pathway for transition into a specialized ServiceNow role within the organization.

ServiceNow Integration:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate ServiceNow solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
Utilize expertise in GraphQL, React, NextJS, and JavaScript to develop webpages within the ServiceNow environment.

Knowledge & Skills:

Proven experience in web development with proficiency in GraphQL, React, NextJS, and JavaScript.
Demonstrated success in optimizing data migration processes and implementing scalable solutions.
Analytical skills with experience in log analysis and reporting systems, preferably using Python and Pandas.
Automation expertise with a track record of reducing manual work and improving operational efficiency.
Solutions Architect certification is a plus.
Experience in collaborating with crossfunctional teams and clients for successful project delivery.

Excellent communication and collaboration with relevant teams and departments.
Capacity to think creatively and present innovative ideas and solutions that address contemporary trend.
