Our Food Service Worker 1s prepare and serve food items as well as perform cleaning duties in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and in compliance with applicable health and sanitation regulations.
Duties include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, work surfaces, and other kitchen items; preparing trays, measuring portions, serving food, and transporting trays, carts and nourishment; and using equipment such as mixers, dicers, slicers, knives, and grinders.
