    Job Summary:

    The Senior Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for project management of new and repeat customers starting from job booking through completion. The SAM is the primary customer contact after job award, and the core functions for this role are job coordination, leading issue escalation and resolution, and relationship management with both external customers and internal teams. The Senior Account Manager has a strong level of direct mail and commercial print industry experience and is an added resource for their Account Manager peers. This position offers the ability to work remotely with an onsite rotation.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Effective account leadership, coordination, and communication of projects across facilities
    2. Serve as the primary point of contact on large and complex accounts,
    3. Provide accurate job instructions to production for all project types (direct mail, catalog, digital, etc.)
    4. Identification of customer needs and meeting (or exceeding) those needs through effective project management and communication. Drive results and resolution for internal and external issues.
    5. Schedule and attend planning/production meetings as needed for projects; develop agenda, prepare meeting packets, responsible for notifications and minutes.
    6. Partner with Account Executives and Sales Reps to ensure cohesiveness of account services.
    7. Accurate schedule management across all system platforms
    8. Establish project priority with Client and Internal Nahan teams to complete all necessary day-to-day tasks to meet expectations.
    9. Prepare pre-invoices, capture all appropriate costs & deliver to Accounting in a timely manner.
    10. Travel as needed; Other duties as assigned.
    Requirements

    Skills and Experience Required:
    1. A bachelor's degree in business (or related field) or five (5) years' experience in a customer service environment is strongly preferred.
    2. Minimum of five (5) years' work experience with Direct Mail projects and Commercial print coordination (Account Manager equivalent) experience strongly preferred.
    3. Demonstrate effective communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
    4. Excellent decision-making skills and problem-solving coordination; Prior experience successfully managing and leading issue resolutions strongly preferred.
    5. Prior experience in maintaining, cultivating, and growing strong customer and cross functional team relationships.
    6. Strong attention to detail and quality outputs, strong problem-solving skills
    7. Strong time management skills to organize time and prioritize daily tasks based on the days' actual requirements.
    8. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
    9. Proficiency/fluent with English language, both written and verbal.
