    Kinetik employees have decades of experience in West Texas and provide all the important services our customers need to deliver gas and crude oil production to market, which include gathering, transportation, compression, processing and produced water management.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    Telecom-Provide construction, operation & maintenance of communication lines, wireless data, fiber optic data lines, wireless tower lines and wireless services.

    Responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and telecom equipment.
    Interpret network drawings, schematics, technical manuals, and implement design parameters as specified.
    Monitor network for equipment alarms and adverse trends to proactively prevent network outages.
    Ability to test and troubleshoot the transmission cables. Maintains tools and hardware inventory.
    Automation-Thoroughness and attention to detail are required as a significant amount of time will be spent working with complex PLC programs and advanced process control systems
    Responsible for the design, specification, installation, programming, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automation equipment to improve plant system operation/uptime and reduce total operating costs
    Understanding of Battery Maintenance and industrial UPS systems
    Will be subject to overtime and call-out work as needed
    Other tasks may also be assigned to support operations as necessary

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    Education:
    High School Diploma or GED
    Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
    Excellent diagnostic and repair skills for telecom systems
    Experience with LAN and WAN technologies.
    Skillful in reading electronic schematics, identifying components, and understanding their functions
    Able to configure telecommunications and network equipment.
    Must have valid driver's license and excellent driving record

    Working Conditions:
    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
    Occasional driving may be needed to travel to Kinetik plants and worksites as needed
    Available outside of normal working hours as needed for business necessity

    Physical Requirements:


    Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

    Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
    Ability to work effectively in all working conditions noted above
    Will require lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 15 lbs. on a consistent basis.
