Job Responsibilities

Develop, Enhance, deploy, and maintain the Greenarc software offerings.
Lead individual projects to completion ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Build data infrastructure as required for the platform.
Enhance, maintain, and extend the cloud architecture.
Maintain knowledge documentation and share knowledge with colleagues.
Support development releases and ensure stability in production.
Support tech infrastructure and security.
Ensure acceptable availability of production systems.
Protect development work with unit test frameworks.
Analyse and suggest and implement improvements to the product at all technical levels.
Define and execute list of health checks to be done for ensuring production health.
Monitoring and resolution of production systems and associated ticketing queues.
Strive for excellence.
Demonstrated Experience & Required Qualification

8+ years of experience in software development in positions of increasing responsibility, including in agile/start-up environments, with a range of full-stack experience including both front-end and back-end development that involves rapid prototyping.

Good understanding of database concepts (SQL/no-SQL).
Sys Dev / Data engineering experience is a plus.
Should have good understanding of the operating system and its concepts, especially on a UNIX based system.

Preferred:
Experience working in Banking technology / Fintech companies
Experience with Machine learning (ML) algorithms and tools as well as deep experience deploying ML models into production
Basic knowledge of finance domain, especially fixed income product
Experience with Data Science tools like Rapid miner, Data robot etc.
Experience / certification in Project management and Agile methodologies.
Academic or professional experience with sector specializations (including inclusive finance, technology, climate change, conservation).
