- Lead statistical programming activities for creating integrated safety data sets
- Manage a team of statistical programmers and resource planning
- Develop SAS programs, data integration plans, and metadata following industry standards
- Harmonize source data across studies and validate data sets for safety deliverables
- Interpret statistical analysis plans and develop analysis data set specifications
- Create documentation for regulatory filings
- Develop data extraction and transformation tools and standard operating procedures
- Provide mentoring to Statistical Programmers and Analysts
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve programming and data issues
- Ensure compliance with training requirements
- MS in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 8+ years of experience, or BS with 10+ years
- Prior experience in leading statistical programming teams
- Proficiency in SAS programming and CDISC Standards
- Experience in leading statistical programming for regulatory submissions
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to estimate project-related programming efforts accurately
